  A widespread and very popular advertising medium is the production of metal miniatures. In different designs, your logos can thus be processed into an exclusive advertising medium. Various processes can be used for the production of metal miniatures. In order to bring them into a suitable shape and to decorate them with logos and additional motifs or inscriptions, the shaping processes of embossing and stamping are used. Embossing involves the use of forming tools that apply a great deal of pressure to the workpiece. This pressure then creates a deformation that becomes a relief and represents the embossing. When stamping metals, on the other hand, flat parts are cut out of it with the help of a machine following a specific procedure. LES GRAVEURS mainly uses machines for both processes.   In addition to these shaping processes, the metal miniatures can also be processed by laser engraving. In this process, the selected material is melted and vaporized only with the help of laser light and is thus completely contactless. By using lasers, extremely precise engravings can be achieved on the material, which is why this engraving process is used in particular when very delicate engravings and structures are to be created. This makes the use of lasers for the promotional products industry particularly suitable for processing small advertising pieces. In addition, color can also be used there, making your promotional products a real eye-catcher.

• Production of keychains with leather
  Key rings, some of which are made of leather, are a particularly high-quality advertising medium. For their embossing leather processing methods are also used. At LES GRAVEURS we work with modern 35 ton embossing machines. By using these machines it is possible to make very large embossings as well as 3D embossings. Thus, your logo or inscription can be embossed into the selected leather according to your ideas.


• Production of cups and awards
  Another area of the promotional products industry is the production of medals, cups and other awards. These can also be processed with your advertising logos using various methods, such as shaping processes or engraving.
