Plastic injection molding is a popular and common form of plastics processing. In this process, the respective plastic is injected into a mold, in which it cools and assumes the corresponding shape during curing. This process is particularly well suited to the production of elaborate and complex three-dimensional end products in large quantities and is therefore also ideal for the toy industry. The production of the tools thus represents the basis for the later end product and is decisive for its appearance, so that precise and neat tools are important. To achieve this, we use modern processes for machining.

• Use of CNC machinery
  CNC machining represents high-speed processing for the production of precision parts made of different materials. With the help of the latest control technologies, we are able to produce even complex and detailed workpieces with extreme precision. For the toy industry, we engrave and machine tools for plastic injection using our modern CNC machines and can thus implement their requirements very well.


• Laser processing
  Another processing method is made possible by the use of lasers. Laser engraving is a process that makes up a large area of laser processing. In this process, the selected material is melted and then vaporized exclusively with the help of laser light. Unlike CNC engraving, engraving with a laser is thus completely non-contact. Laser engraving also allows us to produce very precise and detailed tools for the manufacture of plastic toys.
