Working with Colorit

LES GRAVEURS is responsible for the lining work (contract work) with the composite material Colorit. The work is done in several steps:

1. first, the cleaned workpiece is wetted with Colorit Premium Bond or Colorit Primer.


2. then the material in your desired color is selected from the wide range of colors we provide. This is now applied evenly and cured one more time with blue light. The process is repeated until the desired level of the designer.


3. Finally, the active layer on the hardened Colorit is removed with sandpaper or ethanol. The workpiece has thus been finished in terms of color for the time being.


4. However, it can then be further processed. The material can be ground, turned or polished, so that the end product corresponds completely to your ideas. In addition, the laid-out workpieces can still be galvanized.
