• Blind embossing die production
  Extremely delicate embossing dies are required for embossing materials in the printing industry. In order to produce such blind embossing dies, which are mostly made of brass, modern CNC machines are used. Due to the CNC machines we are able to work very precisely and can produce the embossing stamps according to your ideas and requirements. In addition, the embossing stamps can be easily reproduced through the use of the machines, so that serial production or reproductions are also possible.


• Blind embossing as print finishing
  In addition to the production of the embossing tools, LES GRAVEURS also offers the embossing of the papers and cardboards themselves. Blind embossing belongs to the print finishing. During embossing, the material to be processed is formed in relief between the printing and counter-printing tools and thus takes on their shape. With this type of embossing, there is no need for an inking embossing foil at all. Because the embossing is done in one color, the effect of light and shadow play is particularly important in the plastic design. These achieve optical effects and thus become an eye-catcher on the selected object and individualize it.
