Because of this central function, one of LES GRAVEURS' core competencies is in marking technology and we offer a comprehensive range of products.

 

Within the scope of labeling technology, LES GRAVEURS uses different processes. Depending on your requirements, we will find the right technology for your device or workpiece:

• Engraving
  Engraving is a machining technique. In this process, the surface of the selected material is machined with the appropriate tools. Within engraving there are different processes that have different advantages for the markings. Depending on the requirements, LES GRAVEURS can distinguish between CNC milling engraving, laser engraving and manual milling engraving. Our employees will advise you competently on the choice of the right process.


• Embossing
  Embossing is an important machining process, especially in labeling technology. A forming tool applies a lot of pressure to the surface of a workpiece, resulting in a deformation. LES GRAVEURS mainly uses an embossing machine for the forming process so that the embossing is carried out automatically in one continuous work step. In addition to the embossing itself, we also manufacture the embossing dies that are used for the embossing for you according to your ideas.


• Laser marking
  Laser marking is a modern marking method. By means of laser marking, a wide variety of materials can be processed contact-free and very precisely. The workpiece surface is hardly removed and there is very little material loss. Laser marking is therefore a very precise and permanent marking solution.

• Plaques and emblems
  Emblems represent a combination of image and word and thus also belong to the field of marking technology. Plaques and emblems made of plastic or metal can be used to individualize objects and are also a high-quality decoration.


• Signs and front panels
  Signs and front panels serve as a labeling solution for devices intended for use. The markings describe the respective products and devices and can thus help the user in their operation. The areas of application for signs and front panels as labeling are wide-ranging and extend from mechanical engineering to medical technology.
