Model making represents a central step in the manufacturing process of workpieces. In order to get a good impression of the future product as quickly as possible at the development stage, rapid prototyping is used at LES GRAVEURS. Rapid prototyping is a special form of normal prototyping, whose approach originates from manufacturing technology. Here, the production of prototypes is completely automated by machines, which are then given to the processing machines.

Milling machines are used for the production of prototypes, so that true-to-the-original 3D models can be produced very precisely and represent an optimal template.

Prototypes allow us to take a closer look at the appearance and nature of the workpiece in an initial model. Its feasibility can be checked and, if necessary, the product can be optimized in cooperation with our customers. This early knowledge possibility results in time and cost savings for you in the entire production process.

At LES GRAVEURS we develop and produce tools for all types of material processing. To achieve a good result, the tools are manufactured and machined by our modern multi-axis CNC machines. The use of CNC machines in the production of tools has several advantages. Working with these machines is characterized by their high precision. Thus, real precision tools can be created. The tools are also easily reproducible as often as required, and just as precisely, so that even larger series production is possible without any problems.
