• Embossing and punching the emblems
  Um 3D-Metallembleme und Plaketten herzustellen, wird auf Prägen und Stanzen zurückgegriffen. Durch einen gehärteten Prägestempel wird das Metall mithilfe von hydraulischen Pressen verformt. Je nach Prägetiefe und Größe des Emblems wird mit einem unterschiedlichen Prägedruck gearbeitet und kann dann in weiteren Schritten bis zur gewünschten Prägung weiter verformt werden. Nach der abgeschlossenen Prägung wird das Emblem dann in die gewünschte Form gestanzt.


• Engraving the emblems
