TD Holding is expanding
The TD Holding, represented by Mr. Tobias Dalacker, and Mr. Thorsten Dalacker takes over the Fritz Reu Münzmanufaktur in Heubach.
TD Holding also owns other companies in the field of precious metal and metal processing, such as MünzManufaktur GmbH, Les Graveurs GmbH, LG Galvanik and a precious metal trading company.
We are pleased to welcome Reu Münz- und Medaillenmanufaktur GmbH to the group.
The acquisition creates a leading group of internationally operating companies. The group has 3 locations with more than 100 employees.
The Fritz Reu GmbH & Co. KG optimally complements the group of companies and at the same time enables us to further expand the value-added chains in the processing of precious metals and non-ferrous metals and to offer our customers a complete package of products and services.
Mr. Berthold Krieg will continue to lead the company as managing director. In the course of the takeover the company will change its name to Reu Münz- und Medaillenmanufaktur GmbH.
